images from one of the most picturesque days in france, what better way to enjoy than a no-big-deal, casual stroll around versailles? just kidding, i was a complete kid this entire day, best captured in the above pure moment of giddy glee with the cutest 18th century donkey there ever was.

some of my favorite pieces at one of my favorite museums. i could spend all day here and be a happy little art-loving clam. the best ever here are the three bleu paintings, appropriately titled Bleu I, Bleu II, and Bleu III. i could go on for a whole soliloquy about why i love them so much and how special they are but let's just say to be near them is just happiness and calm wrapped up in one explosive feeling. wishing, waiting, wanting to be back.
