sunlight filled dinners in beautifully set dining rooms - definitely one of my favorite things about summer in the city. locanda verde is the classic oldie but still a goodie and is the perfect place to gather with friends or family over a table filled up with delicious food and wine. they serve my favorite steak tartare in the city and i could eat their side dishes as mains any day of the week. if you have a sweet tooth, head over in the morning and order one of their killer crispy polenta muffins, you're tastebuds will thank you.
